Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) is expected to be one of the top revenue producers in the studio, leading the team in sales. Expectations for this role include having 2-3 appointment shows per day.
ASM has other operational duties, including, but not limited to:
- Double-checking unpaid visits have been handled correctly (daily)
- Managing credit card declines (daily)
- Confirming that classes from prior day were reconciled correctly (daily)
- Coordinating of confirmation of appointments for following shift (daily)
- Coordinating of confirmation of waitlists for following shift (daily)
- Managing Appointment Book (highlighted, follow ups, etc)
- Reviewing supply checklists and communicating with regional team (twice per week)
- Merging duplicates (weekly)
- Checking expired memberships (weekly)
- Assisting SM with coordinating regular "deep cleaning" of studio (twice per month)
- Assisting SM with loaner strap and pod maintenance and warranty follow-up
- Corporate wellness prospecting
- Community engagement and relationship building (schools, charities, organizations, etc.)
- Assisting less experienced Sales Associates through training
