(dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories.
Our studio offers 24-hour access and unlimited sessions ranging from Isometrics like Hot Yoga, Hot
Pilates, Hot Core and Hot Bands to HIIT like Hot Cycle and Hot Blast. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Your Role Do you have a passion and desire to help others look and feel their best? Do you enjoy connecting with people and leading teams? If so, HOTWORX® is looking for a General Manager to operate their newest studio in Indian Trail, NC. As the General Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining the overall success of the studio through effective leadership and management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. Your Responsibilities
Meet and exceed all studio goals: membership sales, retail sales, revenue, retention, and cost management
Provide superior customer service by creating and maintaining a positive, motivating, and clean studio environment
Grow, develop, and build a winning team by utilizing best practices in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Regularly interact with members to obtain, assess, and address feedback. We strive for 5- star reviews!
Drive lead generation and membership sales through marketing, networking, and outside sales and business development efforts
Utilize social media and other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community to grow membership base and increase brand awareness
Use online platforms and software for customer relations management (CRM) processes, point of sale (POS) for membership sales, billing and collections, as well as for email and texting campaigns
Review and analyze financial statements and other daily reporting to ensure studio is on track to meet revenue and expense goals
Report sales trends and prospecting statistics to studio owner
Manage staff schedule and process payroll
Ensure all studio equipment is in working order and manage maintenance activities
Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Complete all required training, both online and in-person
Follow and enforce all studio policies and procedures

An affinity and passion for health, wellness and fitness
2+ years of experience in retail sales, fitness sales, or hospitality, including direct experience in profit and loss management, revenue generation, staffing/recruiting, employee onboarding, people management, and people development
Proficient in using online platforms and software such as POS, CRM, payroll systems and

BA or BS degree (preferred)
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
Ability to excite, engage, motivate and influence others
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
