Prestige Care Center of Morrison is nestled in the foothills near Red Rocks. With beautiful scenery, wildlife, and mountain views, you are sure to find our location a great place to work. We are located off multiple interstates and highways, which makes getting to the facility an easier task. We are not far from a light rail station, and we offer transportation to and from there if transportation is an issue.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating staff coverage. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
This is a full-time day shift position Monday through Friday.
Pay: $17 - $26 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
This position coordinates the staffing for all units in the facility. You would be responsible for collection of data and creating reports to be used by the Administrative Team. You would be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the state minimum guideline as well as adhering to the facility budget based on census and acuity.
Scheduling for the nursing department including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s. This includes, but not limited to, creating, and maintaining a computerized work schedule; anticipating needs on a weekly basis; adjusting shift-to-shift staffing based on census, utilizing established staffing guidelines to assure the most cost-effective, quality staffing is used.

The position also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines while working on a variety of projects.
Must be proficient with commonly used office software and equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma/GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous staffing experience in a healthcare setting preferred, or experience in the medical field.
Licensed CNA preferred but not required
