The Role We are currently seeking team-oriented and energetic customer service professionals. The Specialty Products Success Representative coordinates all activities of the company in dealings with outside vendors, including quotes, processing orders, expediting orders, problem resolution, and communicating customer requirements to all departments. Our Specialty Products Success Representatives focus on providing a positive experience to all customers while maintaining high level of communication with vendors. Candidates must excel in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contact via phone, email, and chat. This is a in plant position. Primary Responsibilities
Receive customer calls and emails, developing plans to resolve issues.
Answer questions about Stouse products and advise customers on the best products for their projects.
Suggest additional products to customers and provide or request product quotes.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and resolve escalations or complaints.
Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
Manage orders sent from Stouse to various vendors including:
Marking jobs as “in production” in OMS once order acknowledgments are received.
Providing samples of previous orders if needed.
Answering any order entry or art questions.
Addressing technical issues with auto-sent orders.
Processing and advising on any order or shipment updates and providing status of orders if requested.
Adding tracking information into OMS once shipment acknowledgments are received.
Calculating freight costs with mark-ups for customers and adding into OMS.
Updating job jacket locations and routing to invoicing.
