Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Professional Services Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our clients to implement our Saa S solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration within their enterprise environments, particularly among Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, and data science to drive customer success and optimize product usage.

Position Overview

This role involves working closely with our clients to implement our Saa S solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration within their enterprise environments, particularly among Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, and data science to drive customer success and optimize product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Fortune 500 clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of our Saa S products in enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems utilizing Python and Java
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and orchestrate microservices effectively.
- Collaborate with clients on data science projects, implementing machine learning and AI solutions to enhance their operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Create documentation, including technical specifications and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in professional services or technical consulting roles, preferably with Saa S solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and implementation.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the Fortune 500 sector.
- Knowledge of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
