Short Term Manager - Vehicle Processing
This project started as short term, but we continue to view it as short term. It could last two months, it could last another six months. We have no way to tell, but that is the nature of our business.
We are within 5 minutes of the Walmart in downtown Talladega. We handle customer vehicles six days per week, Monday-Saturday.
Temporary Project Management Position – Vehicle Processing Compensation: $60,000
**This salary is based upon a year’s pay. However, we do not anticipate the project continuing for an entire year. Benefits:

Ability to Commute:

- Must have an acceptable driving record. APLS will obtain a current MVR.
- Must pass background check. APLS will obtain a criminal background report.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and any subsequent random, reasonable suspicion, and/or post-accident/injury drug screens. Education:High School Graduate or higher Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience• Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills: particularly, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, i Pad
- Mechanical aptitude
- Work for extended periods of time (8-12 hours) outdoors in all types of weather, temperatures
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Stoop and bend while performing tasks
- Coordinate job-site activities with APLS managers/supervisors and facility personnel, motor carriers, rail facility.
- Perform vehicle storage and processing duties. (Training will be provided. Prior experience is a plus.) These duties include proficient use of and an i Pad, Inventory maintenance, reporting daily inventory and activities.
- Scheduling personnel. Reporting hours to the APLS HR Manager.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
