What You’ll Do…

Welcome all guests and ensure they are given responsive, professional and gracious service at all times.
Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members as situations arise to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Create magical experiences for guests within the short window of service.
Listen well and answer guest inquiries.
Maximize sales and ensure the return of the guest.
Participate in all educational events provided.
Provide mentorship of the new staff members.
Push yourself to grow your knowledge of food and beverage.
Perform all side work applicable to assigned stations and checking areas for any work that has gone unattended.
Be educated and act as an expert on all products served by the restaurant.
Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers!
