Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to focus on our newly launched closet systems. This role will be responsible for developing business within the commercial market, driving sales of our closet solutions, and delivering customized, high-quality products to meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients optimize their spaces with our innovative closet designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet revenue goals, and expand the market share for our closet systems in the commercial sector.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, property developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored closet solutions that enhance their projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our closet systems, including design features, customization options, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique benefits of our closet solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and pricing while closing sales and securing client satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, adjusting sales strategies to meet evolving opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the construction, cabinetry, or related industries.
  • A strong understanding of the custom home builder market, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM & design software. Also Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
