Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products or services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and assist accordingly
- Handle incoming and make outbound calls professionally
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or concerns
- Perform office tasks such as filing, data entry, and typing documents
Requirements
- Proficient in English with excellent phone and in person etiquette
- Prior experience in customer service or client services is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to sell products and desire to work with the potential for commissions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $76,478.00 - $138,398.00 per year
