Purpose: Manage, sell to, and support Costco and Ross Business
Key Accountabilities:
Support Key Account Managers in all aspects of the business including: product assortments, shipping, and sample organization
Creating product catalogues for external and internal meetings
Assist in the organization and preparation of internal and external meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Costco & Ross teams
Manage, track and resolve all customer compliance & credit issues regarding freight claims, charge-backs, and shipping violations
Assist in scheduling meeting rooms, addressing A/V needs, ordering catering and scheduling dinners, preparing agendas, etc. as well as supporting creation of presentations for all meetings.
Develop strong working relationships with internal cross functional partners
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Excellent computer skills including MS Excel/Power Point and ability to learn Power BI
Retail math experience & understanding of retail terminology
Self-motivated to take on and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Growth mindset with ambition to grow within organization
Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions
Ability to be in the Portland office minimum 3 days a week/not a remote position
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum one year of related experience and/or training
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills required
Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs
