SALES CONSULTANT - Interior Design - Full Time/Part Time
- Position: Full Time/Part Time Retail Sales Position (Lighting Design & Home Decorating)
Description:
Sales position in a beautiful lighting and home decor showroom. Sales experience is required, however, we are happy to provide training and product knowledge. This position includes working directly with retail customers and contractors. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a small team with many opportunities for hands on learning, development, and room for growth.
This position is expected to be 3 to 5 days per week, which includes Saturdays. Part-Time Opportunity is 3 days per week. Full-Time Opportunity is 5 days per week. 4 Day schedule can be discussed.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to commute to Lewes Delaware
- Strong retail background, preferably in a high-end retail showroom
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
- Professional appearance
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Salary will be based on individual experience and part-time/full-time designation
- Daily lunch break

- An employee who is motivated, outgoing, a team player, and has strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn about new products, contracting and design process, and inventory software (training will be provided)
- Ability to problem-solve
