Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour

Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash register duties.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
- Supervise and train new staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
