Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle returns or exchanges.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
Employ upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Proficient in retail math for accurate transaction handling and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features.
Experience with cash register operation and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
Proven sales skills with a focus on upselling and meeting sales targets.

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour
