Responsibilities
· Perform roofing inspections for storm damage and normal wear and tear
· Provide education to homeowners about roof components, current structure status, and company offerings
· Generate new sales and obtain referrals (door-to-door contact required)
· Speak one on one with homeowners
· Prepare proposals and estimates through use of roofing software
· Local networking
Qualifications
· Sales/Customer Service experience required; industry knowledge preferred
· 1099 experience or knowledge preferred
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Comfortable climbing and navigating roofs
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Technologically competent
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to pass background check
· Self-motivated/entreprenurial spirit
· Time management skills
Location: Upstate, SC
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
