Responsibilities:

Operate robotic machinery, including changing belts and wheels, and loading nests.
Make program adjustments to the robot as needed for optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance on robotic equipment.
Identify and address performance and quality issues.
Performs hourly quality checks on product and reports any issues to supervisor
Meets various hourly production goals
Maintains a clean work area
Actively ensures that all safety requirements and procedures are met at all times
Other duties and project work as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Familiarity with robotic machinery and program adjustments.
Attention to detail, communication, and maintaining quality while meeting production requirements are essential skills
Ability to calculate, reason, problem solve, and read and write in English
Frequent standing, walking, gripping, and reaching as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level
Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance
