Schedule: This full-time position enjoys a consistent schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:
As an RNC Account Manager, your day is filled with engaging interactions and crucial decision-making. You start your morning by reviewing builder schedules and preparing job estimates, ensuring everything is on track. Communicating seamlessly with clients and field supervisors via email, text, and phone, you provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your focus on building strong relationships ensures that customers receive the best service possible, making each day rewarding.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

1+ years of sales or related experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
Intermediate computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience within a construction/HVAC or home services environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and receiving positive feedback
