RN Nursing Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. This leadership role is essential in providing high-quality care to our patients while overseeing nursing staff and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in assisted living, geriatrics, or senior care is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and adjust staffing accordingly.
Provide health coaching and support to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care.
Oversee IV infusion procedures and phlebotomy as required.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
Manage pain management protocols for patients, ensuring comfort and quality of life.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance skills in occupational health and sonography.
Ensure effective communication between staff, patients, and families regarding care plans and progress.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Proven experience in assisted living or senior care settings preferred.
Strong background in geriatrics, occupational health, or pain management is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability in team management with excellent leadership skills.
Proficient in health coaching techniques to support patient engagement.
Experience with IV infusion procedures and phlebotomy is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $77.56 - $83.00 per hour
