Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)—Med-Surg
Department: Medical-Surgical Unit
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med-Surg unit is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, such as infections, cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, gastrointestinal disorders, or post-surgical recovery. The RN will manage a range of patient needs, from simple monitoring to complex interventions, while collaborating with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and families.
Pay Rate Break Down
Blended Weekly Gross : $2745
per Hr: $47
Ot per hr : $70.5
Weekly Stipend: $1053

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on the facility.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred (but not always required for entry-level roles).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
- May require occasional lifting of heavy equipment or supplies.
Pay: $2,745.00 per week
