RN MDS Coordinator
SUMMARY:
The RN MDS Coordinator reports to and receives general direction from the Director of Nursing and is responsible for coordinating the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident Care Plans; performs related work as required.
The RN MDS Coordinator has primary accountability to ensure that MDS Assessments and Care Plans are accurately completed according to federal and state requirements and established deadlines.

Pay: From $79,000.00 per year
