Staff will be hospitality professionals with either restaurant or hotel experience and will know that our primary goal is guest satisfaction. We offer simple elegance with an exciting new feel. Position Overview Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with two plus years of hotel / restaurant experience. Greet all guests promptly with warm and inviting demeanor.
Booking of guestrooms.
Checking in overnight guests.
Ensure proper prep, setup and breakdown of work service areas.
Ensure service areas are kept clean and organized.
Ability to multitask.
Adhere to company service steps and standards at all times.
Ensure proper payment of departing guests.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Assist in setting and clearing dining area.
Assist in delivering food and beverages to dining guests
Qualifications
Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and print.
Must have sales experience.
Passion for hospitality and guest service.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing courteous service and engaging the guests in conversation.
Nights and weekends required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
