Rep-Admitting II UHC Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Identifies and collects patient liabilities (account balance, copay, etc.).
- Manages cash transactions and provides change securely.
- Refers patients to Financial Specialists for account support.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, shifts flexibility.
- Adapts to various tasks, respects patient diversity, and needs.
- Willing to work in various departments depending on staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work front line information, receptionist, and answer the telephone.
- Ability to do pre-access phone calling and maintain fax coordination.
- Flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
