Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 + 20% Bonus (OTE = $192k - $216k)

[REMOTE] Commercial Excellence Leader Description
Our client, a leader in outdoor fencing and perimeter security solutions, is seeking a remote Commercial Excellence Leader. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will optimize sales processes, standardize CRM usage, and drive sales performance across the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales enablement and process optimization, focusing on data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in sales operations management and is prepared to step into future leadership roles. [REMOTE] Commercial Excellence Leader Responsibilities

Implement and manage the CRM system, driving compliance and best practices
Lead sales process optimization to enhance workflow and reduce inefficiencies
Develop KPIs and performance metrics for sales teams, ensuring alignment with goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
Provide data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Conduct training for new and existing sales personnel to enhance performance
Support the development and execution of key account and territory plans
Oversee the Group Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change management

[REMOTE] Commercial Excellence Leader Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
9+ years of commercial excellence leadership experience required
8+ years of CRM experience required
Project Management and Change Management experience required
Proven experience in CRM implementation and process standardization required
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel required
