Registrar Receptionist - Gastroenterology
Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.
Our team of trained gastroenterologists evaluates and treats esophageal, stomach, intestinal, bowel, liver and pancreatic disorders. These physicians are committed to bring relief to patients suffering from abdominal pain, ulcers, gallstones, bowel obstructions, liver ailments, intestinal inflammations and benign or malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, and can perform a wide variety of diagnostic tests, such as endoscopic examination of the area, biopsies or radiologic examinations.
As the Clinic Registrar – Receptionist in our Gastroenterology department, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
Location: Kauai Medical Clinic, Lihue, HI
Work Schedule: Day - 8 Hours

Starting Hourly Rate: 22.73
Exempt: No
Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
