Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room (ER)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, assess emergency medical situations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Room (ER) setting
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor patient vital signs and provide interventions as necessary
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on best practices in emergency nursing

Qualifications and Skills:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
