Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation - Med/Surg

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation and Med/Surg, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Assisting with rehabilitation activities and therapies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid RN license
BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Rehabilitation and Med/Surg
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
