Regional Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional market rate property Manager to oversee 4 properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, including knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and experience with Rent Manager and One Site software. This role requires effective negotiation skills and the ability to manage property maintenance operations while some of the duties will requirer on site property manager duties as well as oversee opertions of 4 communities located in SW and Nw Ohio.
Duties

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and compliance with safety standards.
Work regular at sites to assist Managers and over see daily operation. Assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
Train, mentor, and evaluate property management and Maintenance staff to foster professional development.
Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities using Rent manager software systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management, preferably in a regional capacity.
Proficiency in Yardi/ Rent Manager , One Site, or similar property management software.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Knowledge of property maintenance practices and CMMS systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage three priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
