POSITION OVERVIEW This role will be responsible for identifying new and supporting existing customers, both end users and contractors, for Commercial/Industrial Overhead & Pedestrian Doors and Loading Dock Equipment solutions for their facilities. The successful candidate for this role will have the ability to collaborate with customers through the entire solution sales process from opportunity identification to final contract. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Identify customers within the assigned geographic territory that are within our defined customer segments that have needs within the Allmark Door Solution Profile. Typical solutions would include high performance doors, overhead and rolling steel doors, pedestrian doors, loading dock equipment, gates and related items.
Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that ensures achievement of assigned annual sales goals.
Manage the sales process from first call through final contract execution.
Perform customer site inspections and attend pre-bid meetings as needed.
Coordinate with the Estimating team to ensure solutions meet customer needs prior to proposal presentation.
Work to ensure customer satisfaction through sales and project delivery processes.
Conducting negotiations according to company guidelines.
Develop and manage customer relationships across the customer's organization to ensure Allmark Door is the solution provider of choice today and in the future.
Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement account plans.
Ability to articulate Allmark’s Value Proposition through identifying internal and external customer needs based on relevant application; with the ability to explain and demonstrate products, solutions, and services to distinguish strengths that meet those identified needs.
Understand the competitive landscape and explain Allmark’s strengths versus their solutions.
Development of account plans for customers at multiple levels of their organization that cover existing, as well as future capital, needs.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships focusing on all aspects of the business model including service, new equipment sales and maintenance contracts.
RELEVANT JOB COMPETENCIES The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
5+ years of territory-based solution sales experience in one of the following markets:
o Overhead/Pedestrian Doors and Loading Dock Equipment o Commercial Construction (Construction Management or General Contracting) o Electrical Contracting o HVAC/Mechanical Contracting o Structural Contracting
Understanding of managing a pipeline of multiple projects that are both short and long term.
Strong communicator in both written and verbal formats.
Must understand and execute a consultative sales approach.
Must have a growth mindset to identify new customers as well as serve existing customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma/GED
