Behavior Frontiers is an industry leader in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment for autism and other special needs. We are on a continuous journey to explore, assess, and develop only the highest quality ABA treatments and solutions delivered by best-in-class clinical professionals. We are rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a meaningful journey in one of the fastest growing fields in healthcare. Our recruiting position plays a critical role in our company, and we need an individual with great interpersonal skills, detail oriented, is great at multi-tasking and time management.
Availability: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week)
Office Location: El Segundo, CA
Compensation: $20-$23 per hour plus uncapped commissions
How will you help create a World Without Limits :

Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through resume databases, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases
Sourcing, screening, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
Ongoing networking and relationship building with potential candidates
Developing and executing creative recruiting strategies that generate new leads
Supporting University and College recruitment efforts
Communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Background in the following fields: Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service or Healthcare
Ability to build relationships and create an exceptional experience for candidates
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization
High attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
