The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents' membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
This is a part time position, 15-20 hours a week, flexible schedule.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm
Saturday: 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm
Sunday: 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm
Flexibility is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meet and greet homeowners, residents and guests.
Research and respond to inquires.
Assist homeowners with membership IDs, parking passes, pool passes during season, packages, etc.
Walk and inspect the common areas to ensure cleanliness. Polish, dust, sweep, blow leaves, remove debris, hose down exterior areas, etc.
Set-up, tear-down, and maintain furniture and equipment, to include indoor and outdoor meeting rooms, events, and activities.
Report any safety or maintenance issues to the General Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Excellent customer service and communications skills.
On-time, reliable, dependable, and proactive work habits.
Flexible to work nights and weekends.
Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
