Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information or transferring to the appropriate department.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings.
Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Provide assistance to staff and residents as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Receptionist Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
