Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Support office management duties including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with medical or dental staff as needed, particularly in a medical or dental reception setting.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
Experience in medical or dental reception is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data entry and file management is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous but not required.
