Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office setting is preferred
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing the Spanish language.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
