Community Service Inc. (CSI), a leading non-profit provider of mental health and juvenile justice youth services in Arkansas since 1958, is currently seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator for our Corporate office. CSI is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation for mental health, day treatment, substance abuse treatment, therapeutic foster care, juvenile justice services and prevention. CSI operates 16 family service clinics in 25 counties throughout west central and north central Arkansas. At CSI no child is denied services based on inability to pay. This position, located in the Morrilton office, will provide support for all office locations. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies that enhance patient care, optimize health outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Duties may include file auditing and auditing review, review of data, providing technical assistance and training to staff, and assisting the CQI team in quality and corporate compliance. Applicants must have the following: · A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mental health care or a related field. · A minimum of 2 years of direct client service experience and working knowledge of outpatient behavioral health/substance use and/or knowledge of DHS licensure and regulations for service provision. · Must exhibit strong problem solving and communication abilities and be able to work independently; must have good interpersonal skills, be analytical, detail oriented, and organized to recognize and avoid errors and potential fraud. · The ability to create, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations · This position is responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies that enhance patient care, optimize health outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards · Requires an individual with a passion for quality and a commitment to excellence · Requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and proficiency in Excel CSI offers a competitive salary based on experience and education, and a generous benefit package which includes medical, dental, life, retirement plan, disability, vacation, paid time off, and paid holidays.
