Monitoring Ops: Ensuring that ops are running smoothly and in compliance w/quality standard
Analyzing data: Collecting & analyzing data to identify areas for improve
Developing and implementing quality programs: Creating & implementing quality control programs, policies, & procedures
Training employees: Teaching employees about quality goals and expectations
Conducting audits: Performing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identifying issues and suggesting solutions: Identifying issues & suggesting solutions to improve quality
Collaborating with employees and management: Communicating quality control information and updates to employees and management
Researching best practice: Researching and recommending best practice for quality control programs.
