Key responsibilities of this role include:
*Plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility. *Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.

- Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
- Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Associate's degree, at least 4 years of experience, and is certified as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
