Quality Control Inspector / Linen Associate

Resortica Hawaii, a local Vacation Property Management Company with properties in the Waikoloa Beach and Mauna Lani Resorts, is currently seeking diligent and dedicated Quality Control Inspectors / Linen Associates for our Guest Services and Housekeeping team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality Control and Pre-Arrival Inspections:

Conduct thorough quality control inspections to maintain our cleanliness and quality standards.
Ensure vacation properties are properly prepared to welcome arriving guests.
Set the ambiance by turning on music, soft lights, and ensuring all guest needs are met.
Perform light touch-up cleaning and dusting tasks when required.

- Maintenance Issue Resolution:

Identify and report any issues that require maintenance or repairs.
Address minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or batteries.

- Linen Delivery Services:

Pick up dirty linen and deliver clean linen to vacation properties.
Ensure timely and efficient linen management.
Organize and coordinate the linen storage area to ensure easy access and efficient inventory control.
Monitor linen inventory and report when items are running low or need to be restocked.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles used for linen delivery.

- Guest Support:

Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Delivery Services: Assist with guest deliveries and services as necessary.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
