Manpower in Huntington, WV is seeking a Quality Assurance candidate for a client in the tri-state area.

Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint & Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and verify blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure product specifications are met.
Measurement & Calibration: Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other advanced measurement instruments to inspect parts and materials.
Advanced QA Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain specialized QA equipment such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), vision systems, and other automated quality testing machinery.
Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections, performing checks for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, material properties, and other critical specifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Record measurements and inspection results, maintain accurate logs, and generate detailed reports on product quality and compliance.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
