Alder Terrace, LLC is hiring now for a manager position to start as soon as possible.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, however this is a work from home position that will require a flexible schedule where work might be required on the weekends to address issues like water leaks, meeting with prospective tenants to show units, sign rental agreements, etc.
Some of the other responsibilities include:
Entering receipts and making bank deposits
Advertising and filling vacant rentals
Accept rental applications, answer questions regarding the application process, etc.
Do a daily walk of the park (Monday through Friday) - inspecting the property's grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed
Managing property amenities such as guest parking area and RV storage area
Read water meters, bill back for utilities and send invoices
Meeting with current and prospective tenants to handle requests, resolve complaints, and show vacant units
Enforcing the terms of rental or lease agreements, including rent collection, parking and pet restrictions, and termination procedures which will occasionally require going to court.
