Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency is seeking a Community Services Projects Manager. This person will serve as the content area expert, assist in creating policies and procedures, and provide oversight of training and case management as well as completion or assistance with reporting and organizational standards. Manager must be willing to travel throughout eight county service area. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: · Coordinate activities, initiatives, and program within the Community Services Division as assigned · Provide direction and guidance to staff toward successful completion of program objectives · Assist with monitoring and managing budget · Prepare policies and training · Update training manual and trainings as needed · Plan activities in accordance with program initiatives and contractual obligations · Monitor program components · Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports weekly, monthly, and annually · Ensure compliance with funder and MCCAA policies and standards · Attend meetings and training · Participate in Outreach as needed · Supervision of Case Managers and Assistant Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in social work, or related field or equivalent experience in a management-related position, preferable in social services. Two years of prior work experience, preferably in a supervisory or administrative capacity required. A combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered for the position. Management retains the right to waive education or experience requirements based on the evaluation of or demonstrated competence by the incumbent.
