What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage Customer Projects, Timelines, and Budgets
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Project Manager in Commercial Construction
• Experience on commercial ground-up projects - $2M - $7M
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
• Experience managing multiple Customer Projects simultaneously
