Job Overview
Resilient Support Services (RSS) is an experienced multi-faceted certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business provider of products and services to the federal government, state and local government entities and the private sector. The company provides general contracting services, specialty environmental and installation services, construction/building materials, and is a distributor of industrial supplies and equipment, EV, solar, lighting products and digital signage solutions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring that materials are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with various departments to meet organizational needs while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 21 per week

The Procurement Specialist will work closely with various departments to meet organizational needs while adhering to state and federal regulations.
Duties
- Procure materials and services necessary for operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Buy goods and services while maintaining accurate records of purchases.
- Update customer information in the customer database as necessary, assist in looking for procurement opportunities with bids.
- Invoicing/Quoting Prepare invoices and quotes using Quick Books Pro
- Accounts Receivable Assist with customer collections efforts and process customer payments
- Strong knowledge of procurement management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in supply chain management techniques.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
