Supervisory Capacity: Choose an item.

Set up and maintain plastic injection molding machines and equipment to produce high- quality products that meet customer specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines and equipment and implement corrective actions.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve quality, efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure that products are manufactured to customer specifications and quality standards.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk upstairs and maneuver in and out of molding machines.
Moving various resins, colorants and regrinds to designated areas in the molding department, grinding and storage areas by use of motorized lift trucks or hand trucks, to make sure presses are running the correct resin and colorant with the correct amount per production/quality standards so that they will not run empty during production run.
Perform colorant and material changeovers – label blenders, grinders and storage containers accordingly.
Clean loader pump filters on mezzanines
Remove gates from secondary equipment catch drawers when press is color changed.

Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).
