Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant
As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP ISU FICA solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement FICA processes including billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and SD.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and performance tuning.
- Manage and resolve complex issues related to SAP ISU FICA.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
- 11+ years of experience in SAP ISU with a focus on FICA.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP ISU FICA solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI, CO, and SD modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP certification in ISU FICA is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of utility industry processes and regulations.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000- $131,600
In Washington, DC: $85,700-$124,600
