We’re looking for a great teammate who knows their way around the kitchen! As the Pot and Dishwasher, you will play a key role with sanitation, and safety by actively following our health and safety procedures. Clean and sanitize designated areas and comply with statutory and company hygiene requirements,
including floors, counters, shelves, fixtures, fittings, and walls.
Clean all equipment while complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements and all safety
standards.
Coordinate with General Helpers to ensure that all areas are set up promptly and efficiently.
Move, stack, carry, load, or unload utensils, tools, equipment, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and other
articles.
Wash and ensure all dishware, pots, glassware, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and cleaned.
Monitor and coordinate the day-to-day setups of china, glassware, and items in the dining room to ensure they are properly sanitized and safe.
Ensure there are ample cups, glassware, bowls, and trays in a timely manner.
Clean all spills on floors; use wet floor signs around the spill prior to mopping the spill to ensure the
safety of guests and staff.
Wipe, clean, and sanitize all equipment surfaces throughout the dishwashing department during and or
after the completion of meal service.
Make sure that all garbage is removed in a timely manner, so they do not get too full or heavy.
Make sure that all garbage bins are cleaned regularly as per cleaning schedules.
Preparation:
You value safety in the workplace and hold a valid food safety certificate.
You have excellent people skills and can work effectively and efficiently supervised or unsupervised.
You are a great teammate and enjoy collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

This is a rotational position with 4 weeks on/2 weeks off. 12 hour shifts. While on site, enjoy all meals, accommodation, and amenities free of charge.
