This role is an 8-9 week internship with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment
Internship and full-time employment are both fully in-office
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm
Overtime: Additional hours may be required

Estimated Salary: $60,000/year
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Essential Tasks - In this job, you will:
Monitor and validate data to ensure accurate reporting of realized gains and losses
Review corporate action events to capture appropriate cost basis updates
Issue client tax reports across multiple jurisdictions prior to regulatory deadlines
Find creative solutions to problems while providing excellent client service
Provide training to Private Wealth Management (PWM) Advisor teams regarding tax reporting updates
Partner with the Business and Engineering teams to improve operational processes and workflows
Review and approve transactions for IRA accounts

Intermediate data management skills (such as transferring information, using formulas such as VLOOKUP, and creating charts/graphs and pivot tables) using Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools (Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Intermediate site navigation skills (pulling data, combining data) using web-based applications
Basic querying skills using SQL is nice to have but not required
Exposure to business analytical tools, such as Tableau and/or Alteryx is nice to have but not required
Education/Knowledge - In this job you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Basic knowledge of the securities industry, stock market, and tax principles is nice to have but not required
Experience - In this job you need to have:
Experience (professional, personal, or academic) with Wealth Management brokerage functions is nice to have but not required
