Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitation services to patients with physical disabilities or injuries. The ideal candidate will be able to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and help them achieve their full potential for physical function and mobility.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
Provide hands-on therapy exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination
Educate patients on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
