KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate is extremely comfortable on the phone and will have excellent social skills. You should be sales oriented and able to screen potential client calls and leads for personal injury and cases and utilize our case management software..
Primary job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from potential clients
• Follow up on leads provided to the firm
• Conduct potential client interviews with the goal of signing them up with our firm
• Ensure all necessary paperwork to sign a new client is signed in a timely manner
• Update client flies in a efficiently to ensure all relevant information is provided to the case manager
• Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients
• Follow up with pending possible client inquiries
• Work directly with the Attorneys throughout the Intake process to determine viability of potential cases
• Build strong rapport with potential clients and show genuine empathy and compassion for their situation
• Your communication with potential clients is their first impression of the firm and you should represent the firm, its culture, and its employees in the best light possible through your positive and caring communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Personal Injury Intake experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven and hardworking
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask
• Able to learn on the job and think on your feet
• Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and team

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
