Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of plaintiff-side experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling cases from inception through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive firm. Must be available to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and trial preparation.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication with clients.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation on the plaintiff side.
Proven ability to handle a caseload independently and efficiently.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
