PC Support Field Specialist
We are looking for It PC Support Field Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring computer platforms, Windows 7/11, software applications based on networked pc
- Experience in PC Disk Imaging (cloning)
- Experience in Computer upgrades such monitors, ram, hdd, etc
- Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities utilizing TCP/IP on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based local area network (LAN)
- Experience on PC & Peripherals Support, Lan & basic Server Support
- Experience on install, upgrade & administer desktops, security updates, and patches
- Maintain procedural documentation/follow-up for repairs on hardware issues.
- Degree in Computer Science, relevant field
- Excellent communication ability
- Highly willing to learn quickly, committed, responsible and proactive.

- 8 hour shift
- San Juan, PR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
