Help Desk Technical Support
We are looking for a Help Desk IT Technician Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
- Experience in call centers, ticketing systems remote access, with experience in TCP/IP configuration and administration
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring computer platforms, Windows 7/11, Office 365 software applications based on networked
- Experience in install, upgrade & administer desktops, security updates, and patches
- Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions.
- Experience with Active Directory

- Maintain procedural documentation/follow-up for repairs on hardware issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent communication ability
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Certification as IT Technician is a Plus (e.g. Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
