Help Desk Technical Support

We are looking for a Help Desk IT Technician Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
  • Experience in call centers, ticketing systems remote access, with experience in TCP/IP configuration and administration
  • Experience in troubleshooting and configuring computer platforms, Windows 7/11, Office 365 software applications based on networked
  • Experience in install, upgrade & administer desktops, security updates, and patches
  • Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions.
  • Experience with Active Directory

  • Maintain procedural documentation/follow-up for repairs on hardware issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Excellent communication ability
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Certification as IT Technician is a Plus (e.g. Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
